    Hello
    If you clear the cut off then you are eligible for counseling. But it is not necessary to get seat in IITS. Because they qualify more students. If you get high score from cut off marks then you will get admission in IITS.

    No, for getting into the IITs, you have to qualify Advanced paper and secure good rank in order to get into the IITs.

    Not only scoring above the cut-off provides you with the admission. You have to get a good rank also in order to get admission.
