Can I get admission in IITs NITs? I have got 74.80% in 12th and I belong to OBC category.?

To get admission on any IIT's you have to good rank on JEE(ADVANCE) or for NIT's you have to be meritorious on JEE (mains). then according to category reservation and cuttoff can get admission. -
On the basis of class 12th percentage, it is not possible to get IIT and NITs either you belong to OBC category, general category, SC, or ST.
