Can I get admission in IITs without giving any entrance exam? I am currently in 12th standard.

Hello Garima,
The admission into IITs are solely based on your ranks in the JEE Advanced exam. To qualify for advanced, you need to score more than the cut off marks in JEE Mains.
Without these exams, you cannot get admission.
