For that you would have to take admission in PGDM core and then in 2nd year take HR as your specialisation. Exact fee structure is given on the website. Last year it was around 12 lakhs (2 years).

Yes ofcourse you can opt for mba in imt nagpur but you cannot opt for hr as major but can opt as minor specification.
