Can I get admission in Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi for B.Tech in CSE? I have got 78.6% in 12th.

Yes, you are eligible according to your 12th percentage but you can't take admission directly.
You have to face the entrance examination for IPU that is IPUEEE and have to get that much of marks to be eligible for IT in Indraprashtha.
