Yes, you have to give an entrance test for that which was conducted by IPU!

Once you clear BCA, only then you can get admission. And, you have to crack the entrance exam as well. -

(Computer Science) from recognised university or bachelor's degree in engineering or technology with minimum 55% marks. The sanctioned intake in MCA Lateral Entry is 60. Admission based on written exam conducted centrally by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi. -
I've not applied for IPUCET 2019. Can I get admission in MCA (lateral entry) at GGSIPU?
