It's Indeed very nice to hear from you that you want to join the academy for IPS officers. It's a very good aim. But the admission to this Academy is not after 12th, but after graduation. After you complete your graduation you need to appear for an exam called civil services exam conducted by UPSC. Here you can opt for IPS as your preferred service and once you get selected you can definitely join IPS Academy as a Trainee, but presently with your percentile of JEE Mains after 12th, you can join only and Engineering College.
