Can I get admission in IPU as I got 23000 rank? I am from OBC category and from outside Delhi?

Hello,
Are you sure it is 23000 and not 2300? I think it is not possible to have 23000 rank because not these many students apply. It must be 2300. Please check. * WITH 23000 RANK YOU WON'T GET ADMISSION.
