Can I get admission in IPU? I got 104 in NATA, 92% in CBSE and 221 in JEE Mains paper 2.
Please can you tell me the merit score and the process to calculate it?

You will definitely get a seat in Vastukala or MBS. An average of 70 or more is treated as a good score and yours is 92/2 + 104/4 = 72
Even I have filled IPU form and my score is 68.85.

Your marks in NATA are 104 and in JEE Mains paper 2 are 221.
So, there are little chances for you to get B.Arch in one of the IPU colleges.
