It is unlikely that you will be able to secure admission in ISM Dhanbad, MNNIT Allahabad, or BHU with a CAT percentile of 45. These institutes are among the top management colleges in India and typically have very high cutoffs for admission. The cutoffs for these colleges generally fall in the range of 80-90 percentile for CAT. However, there are many other good management institutes in India where you can apply with a 45 percentile in CAT.
