Can I get admission in Ivy League for MS with poor scores in engineering?

It's Ivy League. With a poor engineering score, you better be extremely good at something. It may be sports, research, music, arts, social service etc. Ivy Leagues give great importance to academics. So getting accepted in to these colleges with a low academic score is a rare thing.
