Can I get admission in Jadavpur University through JEE Mains?

Jadavpur University doesn't consider JEE Mains marks. To get into JU you need to appear in WBJEE.

I do not think Jadavpur University is participating in the process as per information available presently. You will have to appear for entrance exam being conducted by the state government to get the admission.
