Hi, You need to qualify WBJEE for admission here Admission to B.Tech program is offered on the basis of WBJEE score. Candidates should have scored at least 45% marks in 10+2 standard in order to be eligible to sit for WBJEE.

No, there is only one way to get admission in JU (Engineering wing) is by getting rank in WBJEE (under 3000), there is no other way. One or two seats are available for admission through the national sports quotas only. No donation, nothing can give you a degree of JU without the WBJEE.
