Can I get admission in JMI University, Delhi for B.Arch with 105 marks in JEE Mains paper-2?

I've got 59.8% in class 12th and belong to general category.

    Sorry dear but 105 marks are not going to help you to fetch Jamia Millia Islamia for B.Arch because it is a govt. college and accepts a score of 300+ by general category students.
    I hope you understand my point.
    So, try for any private university/college.
