Can I get admission in JSS College, Noida for B.Tech through IPU entrance exam? I have scored 64% in class 12th.

No, you can't admission to JSSATE, Noida through IPU entrance exam, because JSS Noida tales admission in engineering through UPSEE or JEE Mains ranks based not the basis of IPU entrance exam ranks.
And there is no issues if you have above 60%.

No, you will not get admission in JSS through IPU entrance test because JSS is affiliated to AKTU.
You must appear for UPSEE to take admission in JSS and your class 12 % is not good too.
If you want to take admission then you must apply for JSS through management quota.
