Can I get admission in KIET, Ghaziabad CSE? My UPSEE 2018 rank maybe around 25000 and I belong to general quota from Uttar Pradesh.

Congratulations for 25K rank in UPTU. With 25K rank in UPTU, it is a little tough to get CSE in KIET but try for other branches, you may definitely get it. If you really want CSE, don't loose hope try until the last round of UPTU counselling. There are some more top colleges for you:
