Can I get admission in LL.B for three years course?

I failed in 5th semester. I gave 6th semester exam and will repeat 5th semester exam in May 2018. Both results are awaiting.

    LLB Eligibility: Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

    Please confirm the University name for further clarification. Every college has its own admission process and eligibility criteria also vary accordingly.
