Can I get admission in LPU for any engineering branch? I have got a compartment in maths.

    To my knowledge in order to take admission in LPU you have to be eligible and eligibility is 60% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics ) will have to appear in LPU NEST whereas those who have scored 90% in +2 or scored 90 percentile in JEE Mains are exempted from LPU NEST. LPU doesn't entertain comportment, so you may plan the admission in lower programme. I also heard that LPU do offer scholarship to provide financial assistance to the students:
    1. On the basis of marks in previous class

    As per the admissions 2020, The Eligibility for B.Tech is 60% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics ) will have to appear in LPU NEST whereas those who have scored 90% in +2 or scored 90 percentile in JEE Mains are exempted from LPU NEST and moreover LPU has been ranked top 80 amongst all private and government institutions by NIRF, MHR, GOI.   • Vivek, with compartment in Maths it is not possible to get admission in B.Tech. You can take admission in a lower course like Diploma and after clearing your compartment exam, submit the result by Aug.10, 2017 and get program transferred to B.Tech.
