    Yes, you can, as the eligibility for this path breaking Agriculture programme is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or Intermediate (with English, Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology or Forestry) or 10+2 or Intermediate (Agriculture) or 2 years. Diploma in Agriculture after 10th or equivalent. So, you are eligible for application as such, since your marks in 10+2 are less than 70% I would advise you to apply for LPU NEST too, you can secure heavy scholarships on basis of this test.
