For students aiming to pursue Computer Science Engineering (CSE), board percentage is often a key concern. Most universities require a minimum of 60% in 10+2 exams, but falling slightly below this doesn't mean you cannot pursue your dream. There are alternative pathways to secure admission, such as performing well in entrance exams, completing a Diploma and opting for lateral entry, or joining foundation programs to strengthen your fundamentals.

Lovely Professional University (LPU) provides flexible options for students in this situation. For B.Tech in CSE, students can take the LPUNEST (LPU National Entrance and Scholarship Test), whic

If your board percentage is below 60%, direct admission to the B.Tech CSE programme at LPU might be difficult, as they generally require a minimum of 60% in 10+2. However, you can explore alternative options such as foundation or bridge courses that some universities offer to help students become eligible for engineering programs. LPU may also consider entrance exam scores like LPUNEST or JEE Main to offset lower board marks. Another option is to pursue related courses like BCA or B.Sc. Computer Science, which often have lower eligibility criteria, and later move into CSE through lateral entry or higher studies. It's best to contact LP

So basically the admission criterion for getting admission in lpu is 55% in respective boards. Lpu also take admission on the basis of LPU NEST score, JEE Main percentile and other competitive exams. On this basis of LPU NEST the student gets an advantage of scholarship on the tuition fees. As you have not mentioned the course you want to pursue so I am answering the question irrespective of any course. Basically the amount of scholarship depends on the fee of the programme, date of admission and performance of the student in their respective exams that they have given. Moreover, LPU offers different types of scholarships on the basis of marks in either of the last two qualifications, LPU NEST Sports, Defence, and many more.
