If you have 62% in 10+2. You are eligible for most of the programs at LPU. For B.Tech you need to write LPU NEST too. For all others you may visit the website and check your eligibility and take admission online at the portal itself. However I would like to make one more important point, choose your programme carefully as per your interests. And also your 10th marks can be of a significance as the scholarships can be availed on basis of performance in last two qualifications. There are more than 200 programs to choose from, I suggest you check your aptitude first here

It would have been lot easier if you had mentioned the course you are interested in. With 62% in 12th you can get admission to few of the courses like B.A. BBA (Tourism & Hospitality), B.Sc. (Hotel Management), B.A. LL.B. (Hons. )etc. . for other courses like in engineering etc. You need to have good percentage in 12 as well as you have to clear LPU NEST exam.

Absolutely! Having a humanities background is no barrier to pursuing Fine Arts at Chandigarh University.

The programme welcomes students from all streams, including humanities, as long as they meet the minimum requirement of 50% marks in their 12th exams. Many humanities students find the programme a natural extension of their academic interests, as the curriculum often connects with cultural, historical, and social themes. For example, a student who studied history might bring unique perspectives into courses like painting or applied arts.

The university values creativity and passion over specific subjects studied in school.
