Can I get admission in M.Com in IGNOU in the July semester now?

I have given my final exams of B.Com (DU) & waiting for its results.

    Last date for admission in M.Com at IGNOU was 17th August, 2016 and 31st August, 2016 with late fee of Rs 300. You are eligible and may apply for admission in M.Com now. You can submit B.Com mark-sheets once the results are announced.
