Yes, you can. The eligibility criteria is you must have completed 4 years graduation with 60% marks for general (54% marks for OBC) or its equivalent CGPA in Design, Fine arts,Technology, Architecture in relevant field.

LPU receives highest NAAC grade i.e. A++ with 3.68 crore on 4 point scale as per the Ministry of Education , Government of India.
