Yes, you can apply for M.Sc in microbiology. According to the eligibility criteria for M.Sc in microbiology: Candidate should have completed B.Sc. degree in any stream of science such as Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Physiology, Microbiology from a recognised University.

As per my experience and opinion, you can get admission for M.Sc microbiology, because you have studied Biology in your B.Sc degree, due to which you can do microbiology in Masters, because Biology is a main subject in Master’s degree, so don't worry and apply for the form of Master’s degree.
