This year Tamil Nadu Government announced that it will not conduct any entrance exam for admission in engineering colleges, but admission will be based on marks obtained in board exam of class 12th. This has been apparently decided to avoid stress to the students. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information.

Candidates have to authenticate themselves during JAC Chandigarh registration using JEE Main application number, Name as per JEE Main admit card, and Date of birth as per JEE Main application.
