Can I get admission in Maharaja Agrasen or BVP to pursue CSE or IT with 16208 SC category rank (Delhi) in IPU-CET?

Yes you will get CSE and IT in BVP.
But, it will be difficult for you to grab CSE at MAIT.
If you are lucky enough, you may get IT in MAIT.
So, wait for the counseling round.
