Can I get admission in MANET University? I have scored 53% overall in 12th, above 130 marks in MHCET and 120 in MANET CET.

No, you can't get admission here. You should at least have 65% marks in boards to get admission. Try to fill improvement form and improve your marks, then take admission in any institute. It will be beneficial for you.
