Can I get admission in Masters in mechatronics engineering?
I've scored 55.18% in B.Tech mechanical engg., scored 277 in GRE and an overall score of 6.0 in IELTS.

No, you need to appear for GATE examination. GATE is the only examination in India which provides admissions to any colleges for MS and M.Tech programs.
