Hi Vaishali, The eligibility criteria for MBA HR is 3 year graduation. Contact the nearest learning center regarding the criteria, or visit SMU website.

Your qualification is equivalent to 12th so first you have to complete your graduation. Your experience will provide you privilege in MBA admission only after completion of your graduation.
