No you just can't get admission in any reputed MBA college if have not given any competitive exams for MBA like CAT, MAT, XAT, CET, etc. because every college while giving admission will ask you for your scorecard of any one of these competitive exams which you won't be able to provide them. It is better to work hard and prepare for CAT and other MBA entrance exams. To get into top B-schools you need to clear one of MBA entrance exams like IIFT, SNAP, MAT, CMAT, TISS and others. A good score in any of the MBA entrance exam will get you into a good B-school.
