Can I get admission in MBA?

I did b tech in civil engg from normal college with 5.8 CGPA in india.now as i heard the baltic states provide least expensive educaton as well as quality one as well. so i wanna know that can i get admission in any of universities[with my all records]. 12 % is 72. ielate and toefl above avg
