Yes, if there is regional entrance, then there will be an admission cell as well, who legally take admissions for MBA. So, for minimized fees, you can go through that legal process and take the best college.

Yes, there are very few colleges accepting this entrance exam. Total cost is on the lower side and varies from college to college. Career prospects depend on the reputation of the colleges.
