No, you have to clear CMAT exam because it is treated as enterance exam there.
Other eligibility criteri is:
Graduation in any stream is the basic eligibility for MCA. The eligibility for qualifying marks in graduation differs from institute to institute. Most of the institutes require 45 to 50

No, you can't because eligibility criteria is that you have to clear entrance at first. Then only, you can take admission.
