Yes, there is a possibility. However, don't accept the branch in the first round of counselling. You might get it in the later rounds of counselling. There are three or four rounds of counselling.

Hello Mandar, Your chances are low to get information technology (IT) at Manipal University, main campus (Manipal), but you can easily get IT in the other campuses such as Jaipur and Sikkim. You can try to get IT at the main campus but the chances with 4000 rank are low. All the best.
