    You may try but your percentile and accordingly rank would be quite below par so chances are quite low.

    Yes you can get admission for mechanical engineering at mit-wpu. Usually it would be in 2nd or 3rd merit list of the university. Basic eligibility for taking admission in mit-wpu is 50 percent marks in 12th board pcm or a vocational subject for either of physics, chemistry or maths. If you have Maharashtra state domicile you get admission through state reservation quota.

    You can get MIT-WPU by counselling but you will get only lower branches like civil, polymer, electrical by counselling on your rank. rest getting into any higher branch like use,mech, Ece is not at all possible.
