SIESCOMS is a linguistic minority institute (Mother Tongue-Tamil, for people domiciled in Maharashtra).
Hence, 51% of the seats are reserved for the linguistic minority students.Cutoff keep on varying as per the DTE paper pattern but in general what we have observed is General category candidate should have a cutoff of 95-97% and minority quote should have-85-90% (this percentile keep changing every year).
    All the best.

SIES was a Tamil minority college till 2015. Only in 2016, it was changed to South Indian minority which included Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Tulu, etc. However, for this year, there has been no such official announcement from DTE with respect to the minority status of all colleges. We are expecting the DTE to release information in the coming 2 -3 weeks. We too will post an update as soon as something is confirmed. Please be patient and keep checking the website.
