Yes, of course, you can get into civil, chemical, production and biotechnology. If you do not want these branches just go for it because after the first year you get a chance to change your branch which is based on your first year pointer. But keep in mind that it's going to get tough. -

You can't get IT/CSE branch as its cut-off is near to 3000. You can get others branches. It also depends on your category. The maximum cut-offs are for other state and general category.
