    Yes, you can because BSc Physics (Hons) can be followed by MSc Radiology. Sometimes course may be under the medical school as MSc Radiology or MSc Medical Physics where some universities accept students from Physics. Most of these programs find their application in the use of physics principles in processes such as medical imaging and radiation therapy.
