Yes you Can
Only if you meet the some requirement like good percentage in 1st year in which you completed course outside the vadodara make sure that the college should be from the recognised university. Meet some criteria which getting entry to MSU by lateral entry or entrance exams conducted by MSUs
You need to apply for the lateral entry exam through online application or offline registration and make sure you need to get all documents while getting admission in the MSUs and Do reasearch about seat availability and get admission in MSUs

Admission into the B.Com course 2nd year lateral entry at MSU Vadodara is not generally available here in this college; only first-year admission is open. There is no facility for students who want to take admission in the 2nd year lateral entry, so you have to take admission from the 1st year if you want to study here.
