Yes, you may get admission in Mumbai or Delhi with 83% marks, but you may not get the top 10 colleges of those cities.

That depends upon the which course you want to pursue. There are many science students who go for B.Com, BBA, BA, etc. Also, B.Tech and B.Sc are also the options. If you want to go for engineering in DU or Mumbai then you need to give its entrance exam which have no impact of marks you get in class
