can I get admission in National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli for B.Arch with 3904 (open category) and 986 OBC-NCL category rank?
I scored 97% in HSC.

You seem to hold quite good chances that you get a seat in NIT Trichy. But the chances might just slip. So, have other options too. You can go for MNIT Jaipur as other choice. Then there is NIT Raipur, NIT Patna and other NIT'S. So, give yourself some other options in case you miss the opportunity to NIT Trichy.
