Can I get admission in Ness Wadia College of Commerce for BBA in second year after completing first year from another college.

Actually what you asking is not possible because if you are doing a course in that particular University you can't change the university if you change then you have to study the chords from start like you want to say you have completed first year in another college and 2nd year in another college, that's not possible.
