Can I get admission in New Delhi Institution of Management for Post Graduate Programme in Management?

Suppose, I have only taken CAT and MAT exam and got below 60%ile or failed to clear both the exams and cleared only NDIM entrance exam. I am pursuing BBA from NDIM (affiliated to GGSIPU).
