Can i get admission in nirma university's(ahmedabad) 2nd year btech if i am done with my 1st year in manipal university?

I am doing Btech from manipal university and my branch is civil.Since the placements here for civil are not so good,I want to change my college.I have heard that nirma university,in ahmedabad ,has better placement records in civil.So can i get admission in nirma university' 2nd year B.tech?
