Can i get admission in nirma with 60marks in JEE and 91% in ISC examination.?

I cleared 10th with 86% and 12th science(pcm) with 91% i want to do chemical engineering. nd if possible pls suggest me some top colleges from where i can easilly get admission with these marks.
