Can I get admission in NIT, Durgapur or IIEST, Shibpur through special round?
My OBC-NCL category rank is 28245. I belong to West Bengal.

Probably looking at the record, entrance in IIEST is quite tough at this rank. But, you may get admission in mining department. Last year, closing rank for your category in this department was 28098. Closing ranks for all other departments were less than this. As far as NIT, Durgapur is concerned, you may get admission in metallurgy and materials engineering or bio technology branch.
