Can I get admission in NIT for B.Tech with 103 marks and 69244 rank in JEE Mains exam?

My class 12th result is yet to come.

If you belong to OBC or General category, then I think you can't get admission, and if you belong to SC or ST category, then you can get a lower branch in lower college and to get IIT. You need to clear JEE Advance.

Thank you. I belong to the general category and want to take admission in NIT or IIT only, if not what are other chances do I have? Do I need to clear JEE Advanced for a better position? What is the required rank?
