Can I get admission in NIT Hamirpur or Kurukshetra?

I have got 70 marks in JEE Mains with 7000 rank through ST category and 70.4% in class 12th from HP board. I belong to SC category.

    NIT-Kurukshetra is the most in demand engineering institution in the region as being the only NIT in Haryana. It has around 1000 seats each year in total admission. Your rank of JEE must be in the first 25-40,000 to try. Hamirpur, I am not sure.
