Can I get admission in NIT, Hamirpur or PEC, Chandigarh with a rank of 22077 in JEE Mains 2017? Which one is better?
I cleared my JEE Advanced with a rank of 23345.

Hello Pradeep,
As per your performance in JEE Mains, you will definitely get any decent branch at nit's,however check here to know more about NITs:

And yes, NIT Hamirpur is much better.

I am going to assume that you belong to the general category. As for the home state quota, if you belong to HP, you can get admission into CSE, ECE, Mechanical, EEE, Civil and Chemical branches at NIT Hamirpur, but can not get admission into PEC.
