Can I get admission in NIT? I have scored 90 marks in JEE mains and 93.4% in class 12th. I belong to OBC category.

Chances are very slim, almost negligible.
With these marks and considering your board to be CBSE, you may get a rank within 60000-80000 AIR. The maximum you can expect is Civil Engineering from NIT Mizoram or NIT Meghalaya. I suggest you drop a year and study hard to secure better marks and get a better college. Your JEE Main score is poor and can't get you anything good. -
